The Ceramic Journey Series: Craft, Connect, Create

Belinda’s Ceramic Journey Series invites you to delve into the world of clay, discovering not just the material, but yourself and your connection to the world. This program offers a harmonious blend of technical skills and creative liberty through a series of five standalone courses. Combining industry practices from a professional studio environment with the rich insights of higher education, offering depth without the constraints of formal education.

Participants have the flexibility to explore any of the four standalone courses, each focusing on different facets such as forming techniques for both artistic and functional creations, glaze technology, alternative firing methods including Raku, and surface and decorative studies. Completion of at least three courses, or prior experience allows eligibility for the final group exhibition program, ensuring each participant has a solid foundation of skills and self-expression.

Belinda inspires you to express your unique artistic voice, encouraging personalised pathways in your ceramic journey. What sets this series apart is the collaborative partnership with the Storehouse—a vibrant gallery and artisan space providing real-world experiences and insights into the commercial art scene. This collaboration offers a unique opportunity to engage with a thriving art community, gaining invaluable business insights and commercial acumen in an immersive, supportive environment.
